More useful buildings mod(more public order, less corruption, upkeep, etc)

Description
I felt the buildings in vanilla lead to a lot of cookie cutter provinces(temple/garrison, commerce or industry buildings,etc) and wanted to expand the usefulness of more buildings. I tried to maintain some balance so corruption can still be a problem if you expand to quickly but this mod helps to control it in the early parts of a campaign. Public order should only become an issue on larger cities.

Mainly added positive modifiers for Public Order and/or negative modifiers for corruption for several buildings types including settlement administration, workshops, housing, grain storage, military infrastructure(including Ma Teng), tax collection, and yellow turban HQs.

More specifically I added:
-positive PO and negative corruption boosts for main administration buildings level 3-10 (yellow turban as well)
-PO benefit to labour buildings
-negative corruption to private workshops. added PO for state workshops.
-added negative corruption to tax collector.
-added negative corruption for granaries
-added PO to market(tea building) for tiers 3-5 and negative corruption.
-added Commerce income increase to tier 5 school
-added upkeep benefit and PO decrease to conscription.
-negative corruption to security market.
-public order modifier that affects adjacent commanderies for the temple chain.
-corruption modifier for Kong Rongs level five school.
-faction-wide upkeep reduction for forge max level buildings
-movement modifier for white horse raiding parties
-movement modifier for zheng jiangs special building

Compatibility:
Not compatible with other building effect mods
save game compatible

I have played many hours with this mod and haven't noticed any issues. I'm not an experienced modder so if there is an issue or a feature that is overpowered leave a comment and I will try to correct it.

Sep 4 Update:
Updated to be compatible with Furious Wilds. However, due to my current work load I'm not purchasing Furious Wilds for a few months. Therefore this mod will not alter the specs of any new buildings(i.e. Nanman) added during the last DLC.

@jntros2 there has to be some challange. I know what you mean as in that coruption is a thing but careful planning is needed. By making this mod you make people lazy as a i just build anything without thinking strategicly. there are anti corruption buildings you have toplace at strategic location as the have many adjecent provinces. But whatever if this is your type of thing im not stoping you i just think your over doing it with the corruption

Gabo I assume you meant beat, not heat. Its a Mod that alters mechanics in a way that made the game more fun for me personally. Maybe 3k would've gotten more support if the mechanics didn't force you to be so cookie cutter with province developments. Use it or don't. Doesn't matter to me.

@PalaiogosTheGreat absolutely, i wish I had more time to add and develop more buildings for this mod but work/life has interfered
