@Nattsuki_San Yeah sure, the northern part of the map was actually added by Jeancar as part of integrating his Arctic Expansion mod. He's retired from HOI4 modding but I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have minded anyone using the mod.

Hey so i know this mod hasn't been updated in a while and this version will prob never be updated again, but im wondering can i possibly use the expanded northern part of the map in my own mod?
