@Nattsuki_San Yeah sure, the northern part of the map was actually added by Jeancar as part of integrating his Arctic Expansion mod. He's retired from HOI4 modding but I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have minded anyone using the mod.

the devs said they wont be updating it, check the change logs, just unsubscribed and dislike this mod, takes way too much space
