Bytz Teclis Is Not A Bird Wrangler

Many people were understandably upset by Teclis getting his phoenix mount as it suddenly made him an amazing and highly mobile melee combatant in addition to being one of the strongest magic lords in the game. This mod rectifies that issue by replacing that skill with one a bit more on-brand for the wizard that can barely stand.

The new skill is inspired by him being able to fly by by magic alone in the lore, thus it makes him more mobile and gives him the dodge ability that units such as rangers get. Surprisingly, even with these boosts, he is still less mobile than on his phoenix (even when on his barded steed), and he's far less durable than with his phoenix.
