Reduced Administration Cost

Just a small mod that aims to reduce the administration cost for the player to the maximum same amount the AI has (-70). This means that your income will slightly increase since almost none will go to administration costs, and you don't have to overcharge your peasants with more taxes while you can enjoy the benefit from a increased growth rate in the long term.
For most of the game the Administration Cost will be 0.
It may increase depending on your clan size and difficulty chosen.
PS: I do not know if it is save game compatible. Make a backup save before you try.
