Could you add the pickup effect for every item? Like the hl2 healthkits and batteries

will you i hope so cause then i can fight the Dead Space Necromorphs and they can drop them Ammo :steamhappy:

It is possible for me to add a script so that if an enemy dies it has a chance to drop said items
