Could you add the pickup effect for every item? Like the hl2 healthkits and batteries

It is possible for me to add a script so that if an enemy dies it has a chance to drop said items

Lawrence, you and I both know the dead space two weapons pack comes with a deadspace medical kit, it also comes with all three sizes

That's an awesome addon, but you should get icons in spawnmenu for ammo. Btw, without that addon, weapons for Dead Space 2 can't have reserve ammo or clip (without using infammo), so maybe you should fix that, or make this addon required. Anyhow, awesome work! Keep it up!
