PorkBean's Principality of Elba

The Principality of Elba was the political entity established after the initial defeat of Napoleon Bonaparte, Emperor of the French, which was granted to him following his abdication. As Sovereign, Napleon set about modernizing the island by reforming construction, mining, agriculture, and addressing various social issues such as the collection of refuse and the quality of the latrines in Portoferraio. The Principality would persist until Napoleon's escape from Elba in 1815.

Leader: Napoleon

Hundred Days: Double Combat Strength when at war with the first Civilization you meet. Civilizations targeted by your declaration of war will be joined by their Declared Friends.

Old Guard: Double Gold maintenance cost, but gains +25% Combat Strength for each concurrent war. Replaces the Rifleman.

Latrine: +1 Happiness. Excess Food is carried over as Culture after a new Citizen is born. Replaces the Aqueduct.
