Kraka Drak SFO Submod

Description
This mod is an update to the old version of the submod. All units are balanced to SFO standards. I haven't changed much from the outdated SFO submod, but here is a quick summary of what I have done.

- Fixed the skill trees for the Kraka Drak heroes and lords.
- Removed an unneccecary building.
- Added mantainance for Kraka Drak heroes and lords.
- Added caps for units

Any issues regarding bugs or balancing just let me know in the SFO discord in the #flamboyant_fyrewyrm channel.
Please direct any non - balance questions or bugs that aren't due to this submod to the main mod page.
I will be tweaking unit stats and things like that in the future to address balance issues and stuff like that.

I need to redact my previous comment, I had a mixup about which faction unlockers were compatible here and selected the wrong one. (I had two active at the same time and one of them was throwing a spanner in my urk crusher.)

"SovietSpiderman" is correct. Turn 1/2 crash without additional mods. The CTD usually occurs when I click on a settlement to attempt to build something.

@SovietSpiderman I loaded it up and it seems to be working in Campaign, at least on turn 1 lol. You're using Capaph's Kraka Drak: The Norse Dwarfs 2.0 main version? There another version that's outdated...

Nice faction but the tech tree is far to short and the start with 3 cities is to snowbally
