I had to make some changes in order for it to fit Rome 2, but the vast majority of this mod is NOT MINE!

The author gave permission for this port.

Thats an issue with vanilla R2, not this mod.

You could use software to bind a key to mouse scroll wheel, (eg's autohotkey, X-Mouse Button Control). I can recommend Autohotkey is you can do far more with that software, its very powerful, and it costs nothing.

Thanks for making this mod!. I think i found a bug. In the ask to join war diplo screen i cant scroll down with left clicking the mouse pointer on the scroll "ball". Before you ask, my mouse scrollwheel is not functioning. In other (sub) panels its working fine.
