I really enjoyed the mod by EEL_Hagrit, which added rechargable godpowers, in a fairly balanced manner.

It's been a few years since it was updated and a few patches broke some of the powers. I've fixed them an reploaded.

If the original author re-supports their work, I'll take this down.

I have no idea how to mod the AI unfortunately.
