Description
About:

This mod adds one additional civic slot that can be earned by researching a new society technology. The mod affects both the player and the AI.
This could become overpowered if you have any mods that add particularly powerful civics to the game.

The technology requires the 'Galactic Administration' technology to be unlocked to appear. It is meant to be rare, but you should be able to discover it before you unlock 'Mega-Engineering'.
