This mod adds two additional civic slots that can be earned through an ascension perk. The mod affects both the player and the AI.
This could become very overpowered if you have any mods that add particularly powerful civics to the game.

The ascension perk requires the two other ascension perks to be selected beforehand. This is to prevent you from unlocking the civic slot too early in the game.
