[TNG] Factions: Civic Virtue

Description
Factions: Civic Virtue turns all ingame civics into factions! Any civic you were able to choose based on your ethics and authority has a chance of spawning. The benefits of civics themselves are unchanged.

Changes
  • Each civic is now a faction that prefers an ethic, whose faction goals it inherits
  • Generic factions are only enabled when you play corporate authority
  • Currently, civic factions don't have actions, so you wont be able to suppress or embrace ethics with it enabled.

Compatability
Can be inserted into a running game without fear.

This mod does not support new ethics or civics. It is not compatible with
Philosophically Star Wars or Moderates and Radicals

Contribute
Please comment new and better faction names for the various civics, as well as cool descriptions for them. I tried to always posit the civic factions from the everyday xeno's point of view, and how they might use the faction to gain influence.

Since you can't promote or suppress factions, does this go same for the Ai as well? and do other factions that are not of your government ethics appear as well? especially when conquering enemy planets?

Could you add a constitutional monarchy civic(maybe it can give +unity) that adds both parliament and royality faction for roleplay please, used with imperial government

I do intend on addressing more interesting faction actions, however, but that work will be in moderates and radicals and then, once calcified, backported into Civic Virtue

Because suppressing in vanilla affects pop ethic choice, not faction choice. Since there are now multiple factions per ethic the suppressing and promoting would need to do alot of if's, it would be very very hardcoded.

This is areally great idea, but need some tweaking. Like why cant you supress or promote factions?
