3.4.5 Update?

Since you can't promote or suppress factions, does this go same for the Ai as well? and do other factions that are not of your government ethics appear as well? especially when conquering enemy planets?

Not compatible with factions matter.

Could you add a constitutional monarchy civic(maybe it can give +unity) that adds both parliament and royality faction for roleplay please, used with imperial government
Bari 17 May, 2021 @ 3:25pm
Is this compatible with Factions Matter?
TheNextGuy  [author] 14 May, 2021 @ 5:57pm
Same as vanilla

I do intend on addressing more interesting faction actions, however, but that work will be in moderates and radicals and then, once calcified, backported into Civic Virtue
TheNextGuy  [author] 24 Apr, 2021 @ 3:39pm
Because suppressing in vanilla affects pop ethic choice, not faction choice. Since there are now multiple factions per ethic the suppressing and promoting would need to do alot of if's, it would be very very hardcoded.

This is areally great idea, but need some tweaking. Like why cant you supress or promote factions?
TheNextGuy  [author] 23 Apr, 2021 @ 6:05pm
Very untested.
TheNextGuy  [author] 23 Apr, 2021 @ 6:04pm
Actually, i think they _may_ be compatible, just dont play as corporate.
Peanutcat 23 Apr, 2021 @ 5:50pm
Shit that doesn't narrow it down at all. If anything I desperately want to use both now lmao.
TheNextGuy  [author] 23 Apr, 2021 @ 5:36pm
Radicals and Moderates creates sensible gameplay when you conquer xenos e.g. your newly conquered planet spawns a massive radical faction that hurts.

Civic Virtue makes your primary ethos government feel more alive.

Both are foundational works that I hope to extend.
Peanutcat 23 Apr, 2021 @ 4:31pm
So I'm torn between this and your Moderates and Radicals mod. What are the benefits of either? Why pick one over the other?
Peanutcat 23 Apr, 2021 @ 4:19pm
Oh I didn't know that. Thanks!
TheNextGuy  [author] 23 Apr, 2021 @ 1:33pm
No matter how many factions you have, you always are capped to 2 influence unless you have parliament or techs. So no it does not affect influence production at all
Peanutcat 23 Apr, 2021 @ 11:40am
I'm worried this gives you an ungodly amount of influence? Do the new factions provide influence like the vanilla ones?
TheNextGuy  [author] 22 Apr, 2021 @ 10:59pm
Thank you comrade.
Svijj 22 Apr, 2021 @ 10:46pm
Very interesting, a simple, but a nice flavor mod. Well done
TheNextGuy  [author] 22 Apr, 2021 @ 10:39pm
ComradeOnion and Davidsen I've updated it.
Svijj 20 Apr, 2021 @ 11:45pm
Huh, very interesting. Would you like to show us some pics of it?
davidsen324 20 Apr, 2021 @ 8:00am
Care to elaborate?
