Description
What does this mod do?
- Make the economic AI more competent and performance friendly
- Improved starbse AI
- Improved espionage AI
- Improved ascension picks
- Improved fleet composition
- Minor AI bugfixes

How does this mod work?
This mod changes the AI budget and economic plans to be more adaptable to mods and different empire sizes.
The performance improvement is generally achieved by stopping the AI from having too many open jobs wich contribute to late game lag.

Is this mod compatible with other mods?
If you place this mod at the top of your load order it shouldn't break anything but some of the added features may be gone.
Dont use this mod with other AI mods.

Why use this when Starnet exists?
The AI doesn't hate you as much as with Starnet.

What version is this mod for?
This mod is for 3.0.3.

Is this mod still being worked on?
No since I don't think that I can improve the Stellaris AI in a way that makes it more intresting to play against.

The mod you made is very good, but there are problems
Because ai uses resources too much, the transaction agreement with ai continues to be broken due to lack of resources. Before the treaty was broken, I into the tag console and found that ai using Distribute Luxury Goods(etc) without resources seems to be the cause. I hope you can solve this problem.

@Koshachiy There's a mod that reworks arcology decision, You'l need to manually solve the Decision conflict with SteinAI with IronyModManager As even if the mod is below SteinAI it will be overridden.

Now I haven't actually tested this out in game for SteinAI, So their may be something that isn't showing up in the conflict list that breaks something.

I will be able to repay your patience with me. There's a slight error in the amenity_buildings file that prevents a player from building the second level of clinic.
