Removes unnecessary 1.31.* tags in Oceania which improves historical accuracy, realism as well as game performance.

More and more people have been complaining about the unnecessary lag indulging tags in the game thus this mod smoothens up the game by removing these. Currently the representation of these tribes are not consistent enough as we don't have any representation of any Siberian nor South American tribes as full-fledged nations either.

In EU4 one plays as a nation, where one can build a standing army, hire mercenaries, manage diplomacy, economy and its nation itself. Without a functional coin based economy and a written language, this is impossible and very ahistorical as it is currently represented in the game. In alignment with this, the mod reverts back to the representation of pre-1.31.*

This mod is compatible with almost any other mod out there as long as they do not change the provinces of Oceania.
