New Resources
Belongings(sundries) - Personal belongings and effects. A variety of sundries and personal items that your people can own to improve their happiness and buff a variety of minor stats to grant a small overall improvement to the robustness of your population.

New Tier 3 Buildings

Spa Springs - High quality bathhouse. Fulfills 100% of washing desire. Citizens stay clean and relaxed for 2x the time. [s]In a future update will use ergonomic furniture and components.[/s]
Scriptorium - An advanced library that takes the time to collate and file information into textbooks and formal documents for storage in the archives. Very slow degradation rate but slower research.


New Resources

Components - Used as a replacement for metal in tier 3 buildings
Ergonomic Furniture - Used as a replacement for furniture in tier 3 buildings

New Tier 3 Buildings

Comfortable Apartments - High quality flats. The size of a chamber but with 4 beds to fit a whole family!
Rec Room - High quality tavern. Auxiliaries increase quality by 1/2 and rugs are not an option (floor is carpeted), but has increased max happiness.
Restaurant - High quality canteen. Chefs make gourmet and lavish meals. 1/2 as fast but much higher happiness.

New Tier 2 Buildings
Buffet - Efficient eatery. Requires a cooking station to prepare meals but does not grant happiness beyond the canteen, simply makes the meals more filling.
Restroom - High quality lavatory. Requires less work from plumbers as each spot is used multiple times before needing to be fixed but requires components and ergonomic furniture.
Rest Area - High quality hearth. Uses cut stone and ergonomic furniture. 2x as big and comes in multiple sizes.
Showers - High quality well. Uses components and grants more happiness than the well but less than the bathhouse.
