Working on an update although I have run into some issues while updating this mod that I'm trying to work out, my other mods have been updated in the meantime

@Feckless Chambers are for nobles only and it isn't feasible to house regular population in them.
As such having chamber-sized rooms for 3 extra people is the balance because otherwise they would be sleeping in dorms and flats.
