For me, 3 days is too short
* By default: Global settings are 3 days per season.

When in the game a day is equal to a month in real life, we have 4 seasons which equal to 1 year.

Consider when choosing longer days, which may take a pregnancy period much longer than 9 months, it's 3 seasons.
If you plan to have a child. The child won't be able to walk until he turns 2 years old.
While the mother is out from employment for 8 seasons.
The child won't be able to work until he turns 18 years old, which is 72 seasons later.

Currently only possible by starting a new game.
This may or may not change in the future.

The above explains only for 3 days per season gameplay, and not for custom settings. Any changes in the settings do not reflect on the original settings where the game was originally intended to play.

Your calculations are wrong, if you set it to 13 days per season then each "day" is one week, and 13 days is the 3 months (season).
