Tavern Barb Plus

Description
Removes merchants from the game (tedious to manage, 10% buff to markets to help offset loss of income) & buffs the tavern for barbarian in the base game only (not BI or Alexander).
I did this to help manage larger cities as a barbarian, without the constant revolt and then annihilation.

Tavern lvl 1
Cost increased from 800 to 1200
Increased the population health bonus from 1 to 4. This increases the pop growth from 0.5% to 2% and the health bonus from 5% to 20%.

Tavern lvl 2
Cost increased from 1600 to 2400
Happiness bonus increased from 10% to 20%
Law bonus increased from 5% to 10%

This should make it so if you want to grow a particular town a lvl 1 Tavern would help but if you want to slow the growth and provide stability a lvl 2 Tavern is helpful. Increasing the cost of the buildings just makes it so the benefits are not for free.

Additional governor and ancillary changes:

Increased the threshold by x3 for the 6 levels of the drinking trait.
Reduced the Paralytic (lvl 6) negative effects by 1, still a bit worse than Sot (lvl 5).
Reduced the chance of getting the Ancillary Slubberdegullion from 3% to 1% if you have a Tavern.
Reduced the chance of getting the Ancillary Drunken Uncle from 2% to 1% (still requires lvl 3 drinking trait or worse, which is now less likely).

Never thought of that. I have an update I will push out later tonight that reduces the chance of governors becoming a drunk and reduces the chance of the drunken uncle and slubberdegullion.

The most annoying thing about the tavern is the chance for the general who governs the city, to get the "drunken"-trait. And once hes gotten it, the tavern even will increase it to more severe levels. I always try to not build taverns only for that reason. Unless this is modded out, no buff for the taverns will make them worthwhile for me.

I'd say from 5 to 10% and from 10% to 15% would be more balanced approach, but good job never the less

Yes, I should clarify that above as well.

What does 1 and 3 mean? 1 is 5% happiness and 3 is 15%?
