Rebalanced Teutatis religious building so that it is not quite as strong to begin with and gets stronger as it upgrades (this should make it so its unique and not something you build in every town).

Buff to market by 10% to help mitigate loss of merchants. Temple of Teutatis now gives health bonus to help grow a town, that gets less as it upgrades (makes the temple worthwhile for a low growth town).

Removes merchants from the game. Hate micromanaging them.

Updated mod to work with latest game update. Changed (buffed) the pop growth from 1.5% to 2% at lvl 1 and the happiness bonus of lvl 2 from 15 to 20%.

Should work correctly now.
