Single variable Kalman filter

Description
This is Kalman filter for single variable. just set up measurement noise.
In depth, filter do a estimate and correction of state a modeled linear function from unclean noised measurements.

Simplifed without damage to quality.

All matrix operations converted to algebraic. It's been possible because: dynamic model very simple, have only one dimension, fixed time delta.
