Description
Created for the SNGA one tile railroad build challenge.

This railroad has a similar concept to Buster's miniature railway. The locomotive (a TE2 built by DatLima25 with a "special" Limaville Railroad livery) is double sided, and using the sidings at each side can remain at the head of the train after reaching the end of the line. There are some rough spots if you are using low physics so if your computer can handle it, I recommend using high physics detail.

Lore: It is currently 2008. In March of 2006, a man by the name of Bill F. Mann, a resident of the small town of Limaville, came up with the idea to construct a small narrow gauge railroad between the town and its nearby port. Using his life savings and money from a few small, local investors, he purchased 3 boxcars from the G&N, which he modified, turning them into passenger coaches. He also purchased a disused TE2 from a dying local railroad. He painted all his cars white, and using a half empty can of yellow paint and paintbrush he bought at a yard sale, painted the name of the town on the side of the loco, as well as a basic logo. During this time, he had also contracted the construction of the track to the G&N. For a few weeks they constructed track on both sides, planning to meet in the middle, only for Bill to run out of money a few months in. Construction halted, and construction crews left. Eventually, realizing he'd never get enough money for professionals to finish the line, Bill, along with his brother and best friend, attempted to finish the track themselves. Not knowing what they were doing, they laid uneven track, made worse by the poorly placed ballast, ties (sleepers), and dirt, which slowly shifted every time a train went over. In June of 2006, the line opened for business, and began hauling people and light cargo. Never making enough money to more than break even, the line was deemed a failure. In 2008, with the recession, ridership declined too far. All these factors, as well as the derailing of one of the boxcars in late 2008, which injured several riders, meant that by early 2009, the Limaville Harbor Railroad would be forced to declare chapter 7 bankruptcy, resulting in the line being totally abandoned after less than 3 years of service.

Do you mean the locomotive? If so, did you remember to flip the breaker and go into the engine room to turn on the engine?

Love it, great backstory.

Props to Bill F. Mann for never giving up on his crazy project!
