this is a great mod, however it now deletes the new holy mantle sprite

Amazing mod!! I love it so much. Don't take this as criticism, I think you could reduce the sprite of the eternal heart to be a little bit more to the right? In the vanilla sprite, you can tell when you have a half heart container with an eternal heart or a full heart container with an eternal heart.
If you think it's unnecessary, that's okay! Still a wonderful mod. I love the colors.
