Amazing mod!! I love it so much. Don't take this as criticism, I think you could reduce the sprite of the eternal heart to be a little bit more to the right? In the vanilla sprite, you can tell when you have a half heart container with an eternal heart or a full heart container with an eternal heart.
If you think it's unnecessary, that's okay! Still a wonderful mod. I love the colors.

Now I wish someone made a "kawaii" skin for the entire game becaus ethose colors are adorable

Okay, sorry, it works now, I literally just restarted and it works.
And also I think it's "better" since it's way more visible, even just from the corner of my eye, it's helpful in some cases.
