That being said, nice city aesthetically. Functionally, not so much. The 81-tile mod requirement breaks a vanilla load up. Several areas are outside the usual selected 25 tile playing field. Significant power outage issue once the simulation does start, and cannot be solved for certain areas for the city as they are outside the vanilla boundaries, and cannot be connected up via wire/power plant placement.
Simulation takes several minutes to actually start up. Camera pans fine, graphics smooth, but the sim simply takes a long time to actually start, and until then you cannot even click on buildings to check names/stats/ect.
