Legacy Better Balanced Game v3.20.1

This is a continuation of BBG 3.17.4, because that mod had the unrecoverable InvalidParam error, so now we use this one.

The Better Balanced Game (BBG) Mod's overall goal is to make the game more balanced and have lesser used parts of the game be more playable. It accomplishes all of this by nerfing civs, abilities, units, mechanics, etc.. that are deemed Over-Powered (OP) and buffing things that are deemed under-powered.

Reasons to chose this one over our competitor:

1. Database.log loads 100% clean. They use INSERT OR IGNORE sql statements, whereas I use INSERT only. For my mod, this means that if there is a failure, it gets logged and the game won't load. To put that another way, the game will only load if my files are error free, which they obviously are, since the game loads. If theirs encounters an error, it simply ignores the code and moves on, resulting in lots of hidden unknown errors. If you replace all the IGNORE statements with just INSERTS, you'd find that you cannot load into a game using their mod and the Database.log is riddled with dozens of errors. You'll find both text and gameplay errors in that log and the gameplay ones represent broken buffs/nerfs.
   
2. We test all our changes, whereas they code a beta release for the players to use and rely on feedback from that to find their bugs.
   
3. We have well-organized change logs on our Discord and on our GitHub. We also have a full change log on the Steam Discussions page, which they do not.
   
4. Ours is compatible with any combination of Expansions and DLC... theirs is intended to only work if you have all the DLC and both Expansions, but as mentioned in #1, it doesn't even do that.
   
5. It is suspected that their custom Barbarian code, coded in Lua, is the reason for relobby, hotjoin, and every turn desync issues in many recent games. It may also be contributing to increased frequency of Firaxis crashes. I don't know this for sure, but we avoid using code like this, unless absolutely necessary. For example, we are able to reduce the quality and quantity of barbs using simple database edits instead of Lua code, and therefore, I can state with absolute certainty that our mod is definitely not a possible cause for these things, if they even happen at all using this mod. They might also make a similar statement, but the truth is they don't really know.
   
6. We are extremely transparent in how we go about deciding on changes to make. People who are supposed to be part of their decision-making crew will straight up tell you that they don't know how some decisions are made. Also, their Discord has very little chatter from their decision-makers and influencers, leading one to believe that there are many hidden channels. We have no hidden channels in our Discord. To be honest, a lot of their problems stem from the mod being unorganized and, for lack of a better term, messy. Ours is well-organized and we pay attention to details. It is objectively a better product.
