BABYLON
- Science per population reduced to 0.5 from 1; this is just a hotfix to make the civ playable, more dynamic bonus coming after more discussion.

FRANCE
- French Garde Imperiale Continent Combat Bonus reduced to +5 from +10

KHMER
- Holy Site food adjacency now a flat +2 instead of equal to HS adjacency

SUMERIA
- removed shared XP
- Shared double pillage rewards are 10% to allies instead of 100% and has no tile range restriction

BUGFIXES
- Macedon legit bug fix for +20% prod for 10 turns after capturing a city
- Spain's Mission unlock at Education removed (only at Theology now)
- Bezher artwork yield fixed
- Industrial Zones now correctly get adjacency from Brazilian Jungle Mills
- Moksha Text fixed to include the +2 faith per specialty district
- Nationalism Boost text fixed

ARABIA
- Holy Sites receive an additional standard adjacency bonus from Campuses, and vice-versa.
- Mamluk Strength increased to 53 (from 50)

AUSTRALIA
- +1 Food for cities settled on coast

AZTEC
- Tlachtli (UB) now gives +1 Amenity and +2 Culture in an AoE of 6, similar to Zoo.

BABYLON
- Civilization ability (-Science, +Eurekas) replaced with +1 Science per citizen after constructing a Palgum (UB)

CATHERINE (MAGNIFICENCE)
- Unique luxuries can give 1 Amenity to up to 8 cities (instead of 4)

CHANDRAGUPTA
- Shrines provide +1 Great General Point per turn
- Land Military and Religious Units receive +1 Combat per Belief

DUTCH/NETHERLANDS
- Naval Units now receive +50% support bonus (3 instead of 2)
- Harbors have +2 Adjacency base, but no bonus from City Centers
- Polder (UI) is now available at Feudalism (was Guilds)

ELEANOR (meant to target France)
- Great Works (Writing, Art, or Music) gives +1 Science and +1 Gold

FRANCE
- Chateau UU reverted to version prior to last Firaxis patch

MAPUCHE
- Malon Raiders reverted to Courser Replacement with +2 combat and only 1 movement to pillage

OTTOMANS
- +1 Governor Title for each Gov Plaza building constructed
- +1 Movement for Siege Units

RUSSIA
- Only Tundra City Centers give +1 faith now (used to be all Tundra tiles)

SCOTLAND
- Highlander UU production cost reduced to 165 (from 190)

SWEDEN
- Gov Plaza provides Major Adjacency bonus (rather than Standard) to Adjacent Districts
- +50% Great Person Points in Districts and buildings adjacent to a Gov Plaza


CONGRESS RESOLUTIONS
- Trade routes now provide -50% yields rather than being canceled.
- Production/Purchase bonus and penalty reduced from 100/50 to 50/25, respectively.

- Bronze Working: Own 3 Warriors (was kill 3 Barbs)
- Archery: Own 2 Slingers (was kill a unit with a Slinger)
- Military Tactics: Build a Barracks (was kill a unit with a Spearman)

UNITS
- +1 Movement for Courser and Cavalry (now 6)
- +2 Movement for Helicopters
- Courser (and Malon) production cost reduced to 90 at online speed (from 100)

OTHER
- Droughts affect less tiles
- Less attack and raiding barb units (last update we nerfed the quality, this time we nerf the quantity)
