Originally ported to XNALara by https://www.deviantart.com/oo-fil-oo .
Ported to Gmod (and SFM) by me.
This is the reward that you get once that Lady D. got killed in her final stage.
I added a golden version too, guessing that if you defeat her at maximum of the difficult in game, you have something like that (and that can allow you to earn more "money").
