Description
Used the Mossissobo Map with all credit to ANOUPOU MERYNETJEROU, to add an existing road network & converted back to a map. As a map instead of a save game, no need to use unlimited money & starts as a new game that is locked with $70,000 starting money.

Use 81 tile mod to unlock tiles if you want all squares available to build on to begin with:

I subscribed to the map, disabled all mods & assets, restarted the game & map loaded perfectly fine. I have Snowfall & Park Life, so all roads & paths loaded fine, but I'm not sure if Snowfall & Park Life are required to load map.
