Description
Rottepolderplein North

A roundabout with a flyover interchange located to the west of Amsterdam combining the A9 and A200.

You can use Rottepolderplein North (1:1 scale) and Rottepolderplein South (1:1 scale) separately or combined as they are aligned.

Placement

It is important to level the ground before placement or else the road heights will be messed up.

You can do this with the 'Level terrain' option of the Landscaping tool. Make sure you cover the entire footprint of the interchange.
After placement you can then revert the terrain modification with the undo option Ctrl+Z.

Note

Because of the width and angle of a few overpasses some streetlights are clipping, but with the Network Skins mod you can remove them easily.

Some Move It segment adjustments are not permanent, they get reset after placement.

Use the Node Controller mod to make the ramps more smoothly.

I appreciate if you rate this interchange and express your thoughts about it.

Have fun with it.

Hmm, this one does not appear to be listed among your items. Did you publish it as unlisted?

There was one on the A9 indeed at that time :)

@ sebesams; I always hear about these interchanges on the radio for traffic jams.

Yeah, TM:PE is mandatory. I never play without it.
Thanks for the video, very helpful.
That's a lot of time. And yeah, I now about the pains of editors rendering.
Thanks a lot for your hard work, it's very appreciated.

Nice and compact. I biked right under it last weekend. So cool to have it in CS now too. Thanks!

TM:PE is mandatory imho I can't play this game without it.

Have a look at my video and see the difference Default and with TM:PE and those aren't even fancy rules.

In total I guess 10 hours of work including overlay, custom snapshots and thumbnails. A lot of time is wasted by loading the asset in the game to see how it looks. The #%&$@! editors rendering, you probably will have the same experience.

Well, I'm not a fan of roundabouts (in CSL) but I guess using TMPE rules may help to get a good performance.

Excellent work doing this. How much time did it take you to finish it?
