I also broke Wheatley's monitor.
If you're confused about the exit sequence read this (not really a spoiler):
You can explode the turret with a laser, which breaks the glass.
Hint 1:
You can grab the cube off the button using a light bridge.
Hint 2:
To get into the light bridge room with access to the tractor beam you need to go through the tractor beam portal and come out at the light bridge. For that you need the tractor beam disabled + the light bridge.
The most challenging test I’ve played from you that’s not part of the Underground series or Polarity. Took me longer than it should have to notice that the laser had a purpose other than burning the turret. I was honestly expecting it to make the funnel blue, but it was quite easy to see what needed to be done having struggled with not being able to go through the funnel and take it with me to the other side.
Loved the voice line in the middle and how the tremors blast off parts of the chamber, allowing you to see the facility falling apart in real time! Working through your workshop from old to new, I can definitely sense your Hammer skills improving. There’s a certain quality with the textures you use and how big you make some of the portal surfaces when you do the Wheatley Labs aesthetic that is simultaneously faithful to the original yet also your own.
