Anyhow, good luck in finding a solution, and if you find an answer, maybe you can share it here!
:-)
unfortunately it seems to be this map specifically - the other maps ive tried work fine and ive tinkered with mods to no avail. i was hoping someone might know why this map doesnt spawn ships / trains as someone mentioned having this issue on this map before, but he believes it was fixed by removing a map ive never had in the first place. ill keep an eye on the thread. thanks
With regards to the outside ship traffic and the trains, I am unfortunately clueless as I have not played the map (ever? LOL)... However, it can only be some sort of mod conflict, maybe because some of the required things are deprecated? Maybe some information in the Skyve compatibility report?
Yes, CS2 is still not perfect when it comes to performance, but it's better than at launch. I have a 4080, but my CPU is a few years old (i7 8700k), and it's working fine with that.
Sure, feel free to make a remake for CS2 (I am still waiting to get a new PC before getting into CS2 :-D )
First of all, thank you for this map. It is by far my favorite map in CS1, and I have built at least 4 versions of it. Would it be alright if I try to remake it for CS2? Of course, I will give full credit to you. :)
