Long Range Combat

Description
This mod increases all weaponranges (tanks/guns/infantryweapons) by about 1.75x the vanilla ranges.
Weapons that aren´t supposed to shoot that far, are kept at real life values.

Vehicles:

- Tank/AT: 260 (20mm) - 400m (130mm)
- Artillery: 600 - 1000m
- Mortar: 250 - 400m
- Rocket Artillery: 500 - 600m

Infantry:

- Pistol: 75m
- Shotgun: 75m
- Bazooka: 140m
- SMG: 150m
- Rifle Grenade: 160m
- Automatic Rifle: 200m
- Semiauto Rifle: 205m
- Bolt Rifle: 210m
- Anti Tank Rifle: 210m
- Light Machine Gun: 220m
- Semi Sniper: 220m
- Heavy Machine Gun: 230m
- Sniper: 230m

- Spotting Enemy Range is increased.
- Damage to Infantry is increased.
- View Ranges (Graphic Settings, so you can see the enemy at great distance) is increased.
- Single Player Missions adapted to work with longer ranges.

This Mod is still WIP. Values are still tweaked.

Hi! I just got back to playing Gates of Hell and also just discovered your awesome mod. I've been enjoying for hours but seem to notice that the range of anti aircraft guns when engaging bombers is too short. They wait too long until the bombers are able to drop their bombs before engaging. Is there a way for anti aircraft guns to prioritize engaging aircraft before ground units?

yeah I know about that issue:
I made in my mod some changes to the single player campaign (placing the player a bit further away from the enemy, so the player can spawn without the enemy directly shooting at him)
Since the developers updated the soviet soldier models, that might cause this problem.
To fix it, go into this folder:
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\400750\2514972920\resource
and delete the "map" folder. This should remove all changes of my mod to the campaign.

Hey @MaGlas. Awesome, mod. I refuse to play GOH without it.
I think I have found a strange bug. When I have your mod active (and only your mod), all of the Russian infantry textures are missing, but only in the campaign, not conquest. It looks like I'm fighting the Blue Man Group :steamhappy: Test out with 'The Big Prize' mission.

Units textures are broken since the games update

Seems like it breaks with maCE V2 during spawn of enemies for some reason. Just letting you know, Idk if you have any interest in solving it. It just crashes
