@Zukaku717 I'm merely removing the limit on the power. What you do with said power is your choice, friend. If Markarth turns into a frozen wasteland as a result ... well, let's just say I'll be safely tucked away in my home in Riften, and denying all claims of responsibility! J/k, truth is, I hate it when games do what Bethesda did with Karstaag. It really puts us in a tight spot of "is this situation truly worthy of using one of our only three charges for Karstaag?"
