Description
Compatible with both Afterbirth+ and Repentance!

Did you know the bosses which could appear in the boss rush haven't been updated since Afterbirth? This fixes that, adding the missing bosses from Afterbirth+ and Repentance so that they can finally appear in boss rush!

Bosses Added
Afterbirth+:
Rag Mega
Big Horn
Sisters Vis

Repentance:
Baby Plum
Bumbino
Reap Creep
The Pile

Also adds Conquest to the selection, since for some reason he wasn't included despite Death being included.

If I recall correctly, these 3 AB+ bosses were locked behind the "Something wicked this way comes+!" achievement. Is this the case with this mod too?
