Do you ever wanted to live in a big and beautiful house just outside Whiterun?
Do you ever wanted to have a mansion similar to the Goldenglow Estate?

Well, now you can!

Outside of Whiterun, near the stables, there's an available house to the player, the White-Wood Estate.

There, you'll find a lot of things inside the house:
-3 Enchanting Tables (1 tabletop)
-3 Alchemy Workbenches (1 tabletop)
-4 Mannequins
-1 Noble Bed
-1 Safe
-5 Display Cases
-2 Weapon Racks (3 spaces each)
-14 Bookcases
-1 Throne
-1 Strong Box locked (open it, you'll find a nice treasure)
-1 Shrine of Talos
-1 Shrine of Julianos
a lot of mead and a lot more!

Outside the house you'll find everything that a blacksmith will need, such as:
-1 Blacksmith Forge
-1 Tanning Rack
-1 Sharpening Wheel
-1 Wood Chopping Block
-1 Armor Workbench
-1 Smelter

NOTE: I tried my best to make the navmesh outside useable to the NPC's, but I couldn't make it work. The navmesh inside the house is working as expected (as far as I've tested), but I couldn't make the navmesh to work on the stairs outside the house. Because of that, followers can't follow you inside the house, and even if they can, they can't follow you on the stairs outside.

The small room on the second floor was intended to a follower, but because of this nuisance, I changed it.
I'm sorry, but there will be no followers, children or spouse inside this house.
