OrLoK's IMMOVEABLE Wrecks

Vehicles Wrecks both damaged or destroyed now have a more realistic Mass and cannot be easily moved by other vehicles.

Inspired by Dwarden

I've not used his/her mod with this however it should work with no prob.

all my mods will play nicely with 99pc of other mods unless they affect the same gameplay *thing*

no problem!

The update system is an utter utter utter bastard and sometimes doesnt update files or recognise changes. Keep me aware if things break! (it took longer than 5 mins!)
