Description
The Atomic Observer is a futuristic luxury sky sub built around the nuclear reactor. It's goal is to provide an adaptable yet functional mission platform and first person experience. It provides 30,000 watts operationally. It can travel above and below water without the need for fuel and comes with many features.

!!! Sadly this no longer works as intended due to many updates, however new projects are currently in testing !!!

+ the ability to fly around 80 knots or less across most of world
+ Very easy to operate & all buttons are labeled
+ reactor core that melts down and "safely" vents before self restoring
+ can produce up to 50,000 watts for any mad science experiments
+ a helm that transforms into an observation bubble
+ docking mode with "precision control" at the push of a button
+ multi-channel helm screen to easily monitor the ship
+ passive and active stabilization systems (can fatally injure crew)
+ directional azimuths for depth control on demand
+ detailed radar and weather detection systems

+ a digital fish-tank / interactive fireplace with heat
+ pan-able, zoom-able, auto stow-able periscope
+ automatic airlock that works at any depth as long as the ballast isn't full
+ compact cargo crane that spins 360 and auto stows when shut off
+ automatic bilge pump system that works at any depth
+ programmable altitude with push to hold for easier fast travel
+ ship wide fire suppression system with a powerful water cannon
+ ready to use mission equipment and extra storage for trading
+ fuel storage system with a mega winch & gantry cranes
+ mind melting on board entertainment to subject all your rescued
+ and extra rooms in the main hall for your own customization

12 steam turbines, very heavy. Nine nuclear fuel rods, super expensive... Flying through the air with an unstable nuclear reactor behind you. Priceless.

V - - - FLIGHT INSTRUCTIONS - - - V
1. Press deploy glide fins button.
2. Make sure you have sea water in the ballast.
3. Press siphon ballast to water jet button.
4. Dive deep enough and breach steeply in the direction you wish to fly. Wallah!

!! Warning !!

When running at full steam the system can be very noisy.

In the case of a melt down the Observer is certified to keep crew alive as long as all hands stay on deck until the reactor core auto resets and the Observer has been moved to a non radioactive location. In case of emergency exit a limited number of hazmat suites are provided.

Note: After each update a re-subscription may be necessary to enjoy the new features stated in the change notes. Although I have invested almost 500 hrs into building and testing there are bound to be bugs or things that can be improved therefore I would truly appreciate comments from anyone who notices anything I have missed. Also please feel free to use any of my ideas in your own creations, no need to ask. I say thumbs up to all creators!

@Chaoscoyote, I'm not the dev and i was complaining about that earlier, but a simple solution is to either keep the helm door open(Button ontop of the door) or just use a space suit, it's what i have been doing

Wanna put this down here: if you want to fix the vacuum inside the ship issue, go along the outside of the craft and look in select mode to see the outer pumps. These pumps are hooked up to the room themselves and activate between certain pressures. To fix them, change the minimum value on the threshold gate to 1 instead of -1. Also, if you want to fly this thing, make sure you have speed and are decently below the water using the altitude control keypad, and then make sure you have some water in the ballast, make sure wings are out, press the siphon from ballast to water jets, then set the altitude control to a positive number. Once you are high enough, press the altitude hold button, as it is much better than altitude control. Hope this helps.
