Hopefully made it past a bug when it comes to power. Lets face it the electrical and fluid calculations in this game are static and hard to quantify. I truly hope the devs decide to improve on those things. So even with 20 batts at full charge the observer cannot start running cold with 4 large and 4 medium motors. It is best to start the reactor first, however I have found a workaround by only allowing 4 large motors to run before the boilers reach 100 and then the 4 medium motors should kick in and provide a significant speed boost, which was my ultimate goal when I added way too many motors for the weak power system to handle in the first place.
