As for the fatigue system, it's not that you *didn't remove* it, I play with a client mod that turns it off for me, and it has worked on all "vanilla" missions except yours. It also works on basically every other mission I've played as well. This leads me to believe that something in your mission forces the fatigue system somehow.
Our playthrough was done on a private LAN network.
If you're having spawning issues can you tell me where (LAN / Internet / Local game) and which squad member you chose? Also was this on a dedicated server?
Re. the fatigue system, I make vanilla Arma 3 missions, and the fatigue system is part of that. I may look into putting a variable in to turn it off for multiplayer.
Re. revive, I'll probably add the official revive when it's available from Bohemia. Otherwise, you will respawn as another squad member if you die.
