Torpedo Inspectorate

Description
This mod provides some extra debug info to help in the evaluation of the new torpedo pistols.

It displays info upon firing, impact and magnetic trigger. Might explain some duds especially for impact triggering. Open the console to see the results.

Compatibility:
► b129 - b131.
► No new career is needed and full savegame compatibility is given for this utility.
► No compatibility problems with other mods have been found so far.

The output content was updated since the previous version as some of the parameters are not available anymore.

Update:
Torpedo tracks added, be careful as this might have quite an performance hit after some time as the points are not automatically deleted. This i might change, but at this point I do not see it as issue as the mod is mostly meant as an debug tool. This is especially useful to evaluate the acoustic torpedoes.

Also by un-commenting 3 lines in the mod code, you can enable insta-reload of torpedoes and torpedoes are unlimited. By default T5 will load, but you can change the name according to the name in the datasheet to change that as well.

hey um how do i disable the magnetic aim bot/torpeode auto aim thing im only here for the infinite torpedoes

does it work with last 2022.1 and both dimensions of impact angle - vertical and horisontal?
I have tested recently and i think the number in report:
*Torpedo in contact with target! Impact angle: x%*

is in pre -2022.1 meaning, so horizontal meaning, am I right?

Ah ok, that is interesting idea, I will ask link and ii, i think they have experience with adding something into the log.

I mean some of the info that this mod provides.A log entry would look like "fired such-and-such torpedo at such and such target using such and such settings but it bounced off the side of the target ship, calculated impact angle blah, which is over what the Px pistol can do" or something in that manner.
