No Downsides to the Dark Moon

Description
This mod has removed all the downsides that the Beastmen suffer from due to the Dark Moon. Some of them you'll have to take my word for (or better yet, delve into the pack file containing the mod) but thanks to this mod, the Dark Moon is only benefits.

Pretty cool! Considering CA removed most if not all downsides on the Beastmen rework, this mod should be justifiable to use.
