Description
This module is for 1st or 2nd level characters and is about 3-4 hours long and will get them to around 4th level. It is the precursor to the Assault on the Slave Lords module.


Background:
Goblin raiders have attacked the surrounding villages, capturing many from villages around the area. The latest raid took 16, some of whom were your relatives. Desperate to get your family members back, you banded togather to form a hunting party to hunt down the goblins and rescue them.

You've tracked the goblins to the old haunted keep of the Rodemus family, a noble family overthrown by a peasant revolt. No one speaks of that time, and there were only rumors of a great evil infecting the noble family that had to be put down.

You stand within the entry of what is left of the old Keep of Rodemus, two doors lead out of the entry hall. The left door has a faded sign that says Armory and Barracks, the sign on the right door has long since faded away.

You cautiously move forward...

I just finished playing this mod in MP. It was a lot of fun and worked great! It's a classic hack and slash dungeon module. The design/story is realistic like the previous poster mentioned - definitely liked that! We made it to level 4 after about six hours of play. :cozybethesda:

Very happy with this module. The encounters are meaningfull, opponents have a reason to be there. The bandits are living, they are not just placed blindlessy there, waiting for a party to slaughter them. They have quarters, functions, when you come they are doing something (well sorry to disturb).
You have to explore carefully to get all the story... and to reach that sweet level 4 in the end.

@silverquick - thanks... my mistake. was on the wrong slot with the rogue... Doh. went back and picked the lock. Just about to finish the first episode - loved every minute of it. Thanks for all your hardwork on this. Looking forward to the rest of your campaigns :)

Nope usually it just means you're not clicking on the door or there's a character in the way. But yes if you fail to pick the lock you won;t be able to get in there.

Greetings, Just started this map earlier today and just made it down to the 2nd level, the sewers. Loving it so far, been a good mix of stealth and combat. However in the middle of the map there is a "locked" door which we couldn't unlock and it kept saying "there is no path" as the location to stand on to unlock the door is at the other side. Wondering around it all I couldn't find a way in. Found the room with the "peep hole", but still failed to get into that middle room...

Is this a bug? Is it possible?

Again Great map, looking forward to the next one after I finish this. :)

Well,
The final fight is in the bottom level of the dungeon, once you find their wagon there is a gate leading out. which takes you back to the inn... leaving the Inn leads to the ending screen.
