Improved Stryder Harvesting

Increased Resource Attractor range.
Resource Attractor now works on all harvesting tools, not just the Mining Drill.
Resource Attractor now works on mounted harvesting dinos.
The distance to nearby Dedicated Storage can now be increased.

Added a radial menu entry to automatically trigger the Transfer Items to Dedicated Storage option during harvesting. This is triggered every few seconds during harvesting(on the Stryder, with a harvesting tool, with a dino, etc). Compatible with S+ Stryder Interfaces.

Singleplayer Configs: ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini
Server Configs: GameUserSettings.ini (Hopefully your host is clear about how/where to edit this)

Add the following to the bottom of the file and edit to desired values.

MaxDedicatedStorageRange: The distance to look for nearby dedicated storage. Max: 20000. Default: 7500.
ResourceAttractorRadius: The distance players can be from their Stryder and have the Resource Attractor still automatically move resources. Max: 20000. Default: 4000.
DisableDinoAttractor: If true, the Resource Attractor will NOT automatically transfer resources from harvesting dinos. Default: False.
