Description
THIS MOD IS 1.3 LEGACY. Go here for the 1.4 version.

Quick patch to make all Ideology roles capable of all jobs. However, a given pawn may still be incapable of a job type for some other reason. Needs Ideology to work properly, obviously.

Disclaimer: This does not make any roles give 20 in all stats, that's a leftover thing from when i was getting a screenshot to use as a thumbnail.

Patch is up, leaving this mod here for any lingering 1.3 players. If you're making the switch to 1.4, you can unsub from this mod and use the other one.

Status update on the update for 1.4: In theory this mod should work just fine, unless something altered how Ideology roles are defined on a fundamental level. However, computer shenanigans have resulted in me losing the original files, so i'm just gonna pull copies of all my Rimworld mods from the workshop and bundle 'em after making sure they work with Biotech. Call it a QoL patch or whatever, save space on people's modlists.

Can you also make gunner/melee specialists able to use melee/ranged weapons as well?

some roles still cant use melee, like the shooting specialists, but doesent seem to be the same for shooting specialists

Yep, in theory it should work with any mod that adds an Ideology role as well
