Description
Rome Resettled aims to provide a more balanced dispersion of territory and give certain factions a better chance of surviving.

General Overview
- 50 settlements reassigned
- 33 additional starting family members
- 31 pre-existing buildings added to settlements
- Added roads to all settlements without them
- Removed rebel and pirate spawns
- Every faction starts with a family member in each of their settlements

General Changes
- Julii, Brutii, and Scipii settlements redistributed. They each gain additional territory with a more defined structure between them

- Consolidated Seleucid territory and provided additional garrisons in settlements. Capital city has stone walls and village settlements have been upgraded to towns with wooden pallisades. They also have additional garrisons in order to provide better defence due to how often neighbours are hostile. They also start with an extra port.

- Armenia, Pontus, and Thrace given additional territory and ports to help their economy and expansion efforts

- Scythia and Parthia also have more consolidated territory with each respectively getting upgrades to their settlements and basic defence structures

- Macedon provided with additional territory and garrisons due to their neighbours receiving buffs

- Greek Cities provided with a more consolidated starting position taking a few rebel settlements and swapping one with Macedon

- Numidia has been given additional territories, a port, stone walls at their capital, and multiple garrisons in order to contend better with Egypt and Carthage

- Carthage territory changed to reduce need to manage settlements that require transport by boat (and because some of their territory was given to the romans)

Anyone else unable to upgrade Segesta? I reach over 2,000 people but the building tree is locked.

Awesome work thank you. Can you make a purple Macedon mod like in this outdated mod? https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2481168652
