Description
Basically all it changes is giving every NPC human 100 Health, since humans should stay humans. You can't outskill a bullet irl, so why should you in this game?

As this mod Overrides the OutpostGenerationNpcs.xml, make sure to keep it under any mods that change this, but don't Override it.

Outdated mod, might or might not work.

The current update is the Anniversary Update, so yes, it does work
