Susvassals: release capital

Description
Should be compatible with 3.5+
The sector/subject system is absolutely SUS.
You want to release a vassal with specific borders?

Well Paradox says "you out of your luck idiot, everything within 4 jumps gotta go too, take it or leave it!"

This mod is very simple: when you release a sector as a subject, only the sector's capital system will be released.
You can then give whatever systems you want to your subjects via trade.

The fact that a mod like this has to exist speaks to the absolute inconvenience of the current subject and sector system, hopefully Paradox fixes that at some point.

Made this mod for personal use but I see no issue uploading it.

Should technically be compatible with everything.
Safe to be added or removed mid-game.

With 3.8 and finally being able to set your own sector layout, this mod is likely no longer needed. That said, THANK YOU for this being a wonderfully useful option for all this time!

Thanks for letting me know!

I have not tested it yet however I don't see why it shouldn't.
It's a very simple mod and technically it should work.
I will eventually update the version number and work on another vassal related mod I have in mind.

Does this mod work with 3.4?

Once again, this mod works for 3.3 without needing to be updated

@Keukotis lol I have no actual idea why I haven't done that, thanks xd

Well yeah, it's essentially instant and swapping ownership that quickly (where no day could even pass) won't cause the game to reevaluate anything at all. So effectively this is doing what you say. I'm just letting people know the method in case they don't also make mods and can't figure it out. Knowing the method might reassure people that, yes, this really should be patch-proof.

As a note, I've set most of my mods to be for game version 3.* so I don't have to keep updating them. I recommend you do the same just to save yourself the questions.

@Keukotis yes that's true thank you, honestly it's the only way I thought of doing it and that does mean it's very unlikely to be incompatible with any update or mod.
I guess saying it only releases the capital is a false statement lol since it does release the whole sector but then just gives it back but the player is not going to notice that.
